Amended Sonangol Acquisition

Amended acquisition by Afentra of a 14% interest in Block 3/05 offshore Angola from Sonangol Pesquisa e Produção S.A., reduced from an original 20% interest. The acquisition consideration is reduced pro-rata to $56 million initial consideration and up to $35 million contingent payments over ten years, subject to oil price and production hurdles. The effective date remains 20 April 2022. This acquisition complements the Azule Acquisition to provide Afentra with a combined 30% interest in Block 3/05.
