SapuraOMV's Peninsular Malaysia Assets

Acquisition of oil and gas production assets in Peninsular Malaysia including interests in four PSCs with developed oil fields and infrastructure such as fixed wellhead and central processing platforms delivering oil to the onshore Terengganu Crude Oil Terminal. The assets produce around 6,000 barrels oil equivalent per day, mostly oil, and add 12.5 million barrels oil equivalent of 2P reserves. The acquisition includes operated interests in PM329 and PM323 PSCs and non-operated interests in PM318 and AAKBNLP PSCs. The initial cash consideration is US$9 million with potential contingent payments up to US$6 million.
