Waste-to-energy gasification plant in Karlovac

Acquisition of a 1.2 MWe waste-to-energy gasification plant located in the Industrial Zone, Korana, Karlovac, Croatia. The plant is being redesigned to incorporate EQTEC Advanced Gasification Technology to produce green electricity from locally sourced wood chips and forestry waste. The acquisition aligns with EQTEC's strategy to recover decommissioned gasification plants and expand its technology footprint. The plant has all necessary licenses, permits, grid connection, and a power purchase agreement in place, with commissioning expected by end of 2022.
