QTS Data Centers will design, build, and operate the data center buildings on Lancium’s Clean Campus. The campus will use a closed-loop cooling system that minimizes water use and will be powered by battery storage and solar resources. A temporary worker housing complex is planned to accommodate construction workers. The development will generate new tax revenue and support local infrastructure and services. |
