Description | The proposed project will upgrade to the District of 100 Mile House’s wastewater treatment plant. The upgrades include sludge removal from the aerated lagoons and diffuser membrane replacement. In addition, an emergency overflow structure will be constructed at the main lift station. Electrical upgrades will be completed in the blower room to improve efficiency and a centralised data collection system will be added to the SCADA system.The completed project will result in improved effluent quality and an increased capacity to manage wastewater while maintaining compliance under the Municipal Wastewater Regulation. |
