Description	The project envisages the construction of a 100 MW solar plant in Bhadla district Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Avaada Power Private Limited (APPL) and Giriraj Renewables Private Limited have a shareholding of 51.0% and 49.0% in the SPV Clean Sustainable Energy Private Limited (CSEPL). APPL’s undertaking to meet any cost overruns, including liquidated damages, strongly support the ratings. An unconditional and irrevocable corporate guarantee will be provided by APPL until project stabilisation and is applicable to the bank guarantee as well. CSEPL has signed a 25-year power purchase agreement (PPA) with Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) at a fixed tariff of INR2.62/kWh throughout the PPA tenure. The project is financed on 75:25 debt:equity ratio between the sponsors and the debt providers Yes bank and Tata Cleantech Capital Ltd.
