Description | Leapting has signed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for a 105 MWp Solar PV project in Saudi Arabia. This project will be the first fixed tilt table PV project in the region to be fully installed using robotic automation with Module Mounting Robots (MMR). Leapting will deploy 10 self-developed MMRs to achieve 100% automated module installation of over 149,000 modules on fixed tilt tables. Project preparations are underway, with robot deployment and installation activities scheduled to commence in Q1 2026. The robotic installation system offers faster installation, millimeter-level accuracy, cost savings, shorter project timeline, reduced heavy equipment usage, lower carbon footprint, and improved on-site safety. Leapting will also train a dedicated Saudi technical team from Aloy to manage on-site module installation activities. |
