The project aims to meet the captive power requirement of NALCO's 0.5 MTPA Aluminium Smelter Expansion Project. The Joint Venture Company will have equal equity participation of 50:50 between NLC India and NALCO, with shares issued at a face value of ₹10 each. The JV includes a 25-year Fuel Supply Agreement with NLC India and a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement with NALCO for 100% power offtake. |
