110MW Solar Photovoltaic Plant in Uttar Pradesh

NLC India Limited (NLCIL) will develop a 110MW grid-connected solar photovoltaic plant in Uttar Pradesh. The project is under an arrangement with the National Capital Region Transport Corporation Limited (NCRTC), a joint venture of the Union government and the governments of Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh. NCRTC will execute the project through a dedicated joint venture company, responsible for setting up, commissioning, operating, and maintaining the plant. The power generated will primarily serve NCRTC's operational energy needs, especially for its regional rapid transit system and related infrastructure. The project is expected to be completed within 24 months from the signing of the power purchase agreement.
