Abrams Realty & Development plans to build an 11-story wellness-focused building with about 75 apartments and upscale retail on the first three floors at 1101 Walnut St., Philadelphia. The project emphasizes wellness and sustainability, considering mass timber construction and targeting health and wellness tenants for retail space. The building will total approximately 100,000 square feet, with up to 27,000 square feet of retail space. Construction could begin by late spring 2026, with an estimated cost of around $55 million.
