The bridge weighs 670 metric tons, is 13 metres tall and 14.1 metres wide, manufactured in Navsari, Gujarat, and assembled on steel staging 16.5 metres above ground. It uses 29,300 Tor-Shear Type High Strength bolts and is treated with a C5 protective paint system for durability. |
