121 Commerce Park is an industrial development project by VanTrust Real Estate in McKinney, Texas. The first phase includes two Class A speculative industrial buildings totaling more than 511,000 square feet, with Building A spanning 241,561 square feet and Building B spanning 269,641 square feet. The second phase will add an additional 250,000 square feet built to suit. The project site is located along the SH 121 corridor, with the first two buildings on a 42-acre site at the northwest corner of Tina Drive and SH 121, and the second phase at the intersection's northeast corner. VanTrust will also extend Collin McKinney Parkway to improve traffic flow and access.
