Description | Watermark Capital is converting the century-old office building at 175 Pearl Street in DUMBO into a 19-story residential tower by adding 11 new floors on top of the existing structure. The project will create nearly 200 homes, including condominiums and rentals, with about 25% of the units designated as affordable housing. The design includes floor-to-ceiling glass, glass-lined balconies, and a revamped sky bridge. The project is financed with a $125 million senior construction loan and benefits from a state incentive program for office-to-residential conversions. |
