The multi-phase campus, developed in partnership with data centre operator CyrusOne, will be adjacent to Calpine's Thad Hill Energy Center and backed by a long-term energy agreement with Calpine for stable natural gas power supply. The project aims to integrate power and compute infrastructure to support high-density AI and enterprise workloads, with an initial IT capacity of 144MW and plans for rapid expansion. The total investment is expected to approach $4 billion, with a focus on sustainability, climate-neutral operation, water conservation, and biodiversity protection. |
