City Project Nos. 84650 & 83620 This project consists of improvements to two facility parking lots and three city-owned public parking lots. Scope: The work consists of parking lot reconstruction on various City lots within the city limit. Construction work includes, but is not necessarily limited to saw cutting and demolition, pavement removal, earthwork, pavement installation, curb and gutter, striping, and signage described on the project drawings and these construction documents. The work consists of parking lot improvements at the Police Station, Public Works Corporation Yard, Public Lots M, K and H. Construction work at the Police Department 1111 Trousdale Drive includes a new ramp, re-grading of the front parking lot for an  Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) parking space, and access from the sidewalk to the front door.  Construction work at the Public Work Corporation Yard 1360 North Carolan Avenue includes asphalt concrete “dig-out” repairs and micro-surface pavement treatment.  Parking Lot K located on El Camino Real across from Ralston includes  asphalt concrete “dig-out” repairs.  Parking Lot H located on the west side of Ralston and El Camino Real includes  asphalt concrete “dig-out” repairs  and micro-surface pavement treatment.  Parking Lot M located on California Drive near the intersection of Burlingame Avenue includes curb repairs, new asphalt concrete, parking meter poles and striping.
