HAGI FILM is one of the oldest companies working in film business in Poland ( established in 1991). We started as a post-production company, but today our main activity is theatrical, TV and VOD distribution of films. We focus on mostly European high profiled movies, which talk about current problems, with good cast and good directors. We cooperate with all TV stations in our country and also with almost every VOD providers. As to our great cooperation with cinemas, we are going to release 5-8 European movies in project's period in more than 100 cinemas all around the country. The European Film Distribution's support will allow us to make reinvestment of received funds in the acquisition of distribution rights to 1-3 recent non-national European films and then, in their promotion and distribution at cinemas to as wide as possible audience. Therefore we will continue distribution of these films on TV channels and at VOD platforms for whole license period, most often for 10 years. This way this financial support will also allow us to enhance the positioning on the market. Generally our films are targeted to urban and educated audience, people 18-years old and plus. And estimated cinemas audience for this project ( 1-3 films ) will be between 20,000 and 100,000 viewers.
