Description | The City of Battle Creek will accept sealed bids for the 2024 Columbia Ave Infrastructure Project. This project consists of, but is not limited to, replacing 6 watermain on Foster Dr. between Columbia and Surby Ave with 8 watermain and replacing 8 watermain on Lakeview Ave from Foster Dr to Lavista Blvd with 8 watermain. Stormwater improvements will also be made arond the identified sections in the plans in an effort to eliminate direct outfall to untreated stormwater into Goguac Lake. |
