Description	The 2025-26 Darby High School Retention Basin Rehabilitation Project (ST-27) consists of the rehabilitation of the Stormwater Retention Basin located east of Hilliard Darby High School and adjacent to Merchant Park near Downtown Hilliard. Work also consists of the haul-off and disposal of sediment dredged from three city stormwater basins. The sediment from the three basins was dredged in 2025 and is currently stored on the banks of each basin to allow for drying.
