Description | 3 E Network Technology Group Limited signed a Master Services Agreement with Orka Technologies Oy to jointly develop a 26MW AI data center project in Finland. The project is structured over a three-year term with an initial capacity of 6MW in the first year and a commitment to deploy a minimum additional capacity of 10MW annually in subsequent years. 3 E Network will provide financial resources, technical expertise, and support, while Orka Technologies will contribute local resource integration and strategic support. A wholly-owned subsidiary will be established in Finland to facilitate the project. |
