The building features a dramatic stepped silhouette, elevated main mass supported by fan-shaped columns, extensive outdoor public spaces, and interior designs focused on human wellbeing. It is New York's largest all-electric tower, powered entirely by renewable energy, targeting net-zero operational emissions and LEED Platinum and WELL Health-Safety certifications. |
