Description | The Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) has invited bids to develop a 280 MW floating solar project at the Srinagarind Dam, Si Sawat district, Thailand. The project includes design, procurement, manufacture, fabrication, construction, installation, testing, and commissioning of the floating solar system, along with insurance, project management, and equipment provision. It will share infrastructure with an existing hydropower project and is part of Thailand's Power Development Plan aiming for 2,725 MW floating solar capacity by 2037. |
