The other tower, Lily River Oaks, is a 38-story luxury multifamily community with 331 apartments, including 18 penthouses, and amenities such as rooftop indoor and outdoor spaces, an outdoor pool deck, a garden deck, a residential spa, guest suites, and a fitness center. |
