We are looking forward to the 28th and 29th edition of IFF SCHLiNGEL in 2023/2024 with up to 30 000 estimated visitors during each festival period. Constantly increasing the number of European works as well as the expansion of the festival in regard of satellite events and year-long activities we are expecting up to 50 000 attendees in total every year. IFF SCHLiNGEL is the largest film event within the upcoming Chemnitz European Capital of Culture 2025. Strategically planned joint activities with our international partner festivals ensure the sustainable circulation of European audio-visual productions around the world.
