The project was awarded after success in Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Ltd's (GUVNL) Phase VI tender for 500 MW/1,000 MWh of battery energy storage systems (BESS). HGINFRA will have 24 months to complete the project, including setting up its connection with the state transmission network. The project requires an investment of around INR 6.7 billion (USD 78.4 million). |
