Headquartered in Liaoning, China, the Company is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (1530.HK), selling its products in China and overseas markets.IFC is considering two A Loans of up to US$200 million in total, to support the Company’s Phase 2 expansion (together the “Project”) comprising: (1) Construction of a Phase 2 research and manufacturing facility within the existing land footprint of its operating facility in Shenyang, Liaoning, China (Location coordinates: 41.70865099626258, 123.2052180834781); (2) a Phase 2 research and manufacturing facility to be constructed within the existing land footprint of its operating Phase 1 facility in Dongguan, Guangdong province, China (Location coordinates: 22.921031829219423, 113.90540680824161); and (3) potential future greenfield construction of a new facility or acquisition of an existing facility at as-yet unidentified overseas locations outside China. Phase 2 of the Shenyang facility is at pre-detailed-design stage, while the Dongguan Phase 2 facility is at pre-production equipment testing stage.
