SPV is MEP Longjian CLR, a wholly owned subsidiary of MEP Infrastructure Developers that covers $ 17.12 million, YES Bank is the lead debt arranger, the debt itself is in amount of $ 68.45 million. NHAI contributes for the project with a grant of $ 57.05 million. The concession period is 15 years including Construction Period of 730 days.
