Description	NHAI has granted DBCHPL a 17-year concession (including construction period of 730 days) for the four laning of 49.95km of Byrapura to Challakere section of NH-150A in Karnataka on a design, build, operate and transfer basis under Bharatmala Pariyojana on HAM. NHAI shall pay a lump sum amount, linked to inflation, to DBCHPL in the form of 30 semi-annual annuities after the achievement of commercial operation date (COD). The estimated project cost is INR6,708 million, which is to be funded by an estimated payment of INR3,325 million from NHAI, a rupee term loan of INR2,571 million and promoter’s contribution of INR812 million. DWBHPL is 100% owned by Dilip Buildcon Limited.
