Prologis secured the land, finalized interconnection, permitted the project, procured equipment, and structured a 20-year ground lease and development services agreement. The BESS is currently under construction, with 200MW expected to reach mechanical completion by the end of the year. The project will benefit customers of utility Centerpoint Energy. |
