41-Duplex Project in Janla

ongoing

A real estate project consisting of 41 duplex apartments in Janla, Odisha. The project was approved as a group housing scheme by Bhubaneswar Development Authority in February 2010 with conditions including obtaining completion and occupancy certificates and formation of an apartment owners' association. The builder deviated from the approved plan by selling subdivided plots and executing construction agreements with individual buyers. The Odisha Real Estate Appellate Tribunal upheld the Odisha Real Estate Regulatory Authority's order requiring the promoter to obtain completion and occupancy certificates, enable formation of allottees' association, and hand over common areas and statutory documents to purchasers.
