435 Bourke Street is a $1 billion commercial office tower in Melbourne's central business district. The 48-level, 182-metre tall building features the largest solar skin façade in the Southern Hemisphere to support its all-electric, net-zero operations. It offers approximately 60,000 square metres of premium office space, 1,300 square metres of retail, and a three-level sky garden, designed as a vertical village for over 5,500 workers. The tower targets leading environmental certifications and incorporates significant sustainability measures including a 45% reduction in embodied carbon and use of renewable energy during construction.
