Description | Edwards Cos. received approval to construct a 12-story mixed-use building at 33 S. 4th St. in downtown Columbus. The 187,497-square-foot building will include 218 residential units, 225 structured parking spaces, and ground-floor commercial space. The third floor will connect to Preston Park, an elevated walkway linking Edwards Cos.' properties along Broad Street. The second floor will have a resident-only outdoor garden, and additional amenities such as a pool and clubhouse will be on the 12th floor. The design is inspired by a favorite building in New York and features limestone-colored brick with black steel windows. |
