The financing includes a Z2.15bn 17-year term loan partly covered by Polish export credit agency KUKE, a Z100m three-year revolving VAT facility, and a Z40m five-year working capital revolver with a Z500m increase option. The loans bear interest at a variable rate over Wibor. |
