623 Collins Mixed-Use Tower

Sterling Global plans a $590 million, 42-storey mixed-use tower on a prominent corner of Collins and Spencer Streets in Melbourne. The project includes 320 apartments, 2700 square metres of office space, a ground-floor restaurant in the refurbished 1924 State Savings Bank of Victoria building, retail space, and a hotel in the tower above the adjacent Batman’s Hill Hotel building. The residential component is valued at about $530 million, with the office and hotel space making up the remaining $60 million. Facilities for residents will include a pool, outdoor terrace, private dining spaces, and a wellbeing retreat with sauna, spa, steam room, and cold plunge. The interior designer is Fiona Lynch, and the architecture is by Plus Studio.
