The building targets LEED Platinum certification and aims to provide approximately 1.4 million square feet of office space. Deloitte is the anchor tenant, occupying over 800,000 square feet for its new U.S. headquarters. The project is a joint venture between Related Companies and Oxford Properties Group. |
