Description | Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) has issued a Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) for selecting solar project developers to set up 700 MW of Inter-State Transmission System (ISTS) connected Solar PV Power Projects in India. The projects will be grid-connected solar installations on a Build-Own-Operate (B-O-O) basis, located inside designated Special Economic Zones (SEZs) or Export Oriented Units (EOUs) across India. SECI will sign long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) for 25 years with winning bidders. The renewable power is dedicated for sale to a Commercial & Industrial consumer's Export Oriented Unit in Odisha. |
