Description | 7001 Weston is a proposed redevelopment project to transform an aging office building into a five-story apartment community with ground-floor retail in Cary. The project plans to build within the existing building footprint to preserve surface parking and mature tree canopy as a buffer for nearby single-family neighborhoods. It includes up to 275 apartments, 5,000 square feet of retail space, and a greenway connection along Weston Parkway. The project will reserve 5% of units as affordable housing for households earning at or below 80% of area median income for at least 30 years. Kane Realty is partnering with Highwood Properties on this project. |
