Description

The project consists of two large inflated domes, each more than 130,000 square feet, connected by a two-story, 50,000-square-foot building. One dome will have an indoor track with banked turns, the other a full-size soccer pitch for all field sports, with multipurpose courts for basketball, volleyball, and pickleball. The connecting building will include locker rooms, concessions, a family entertainment center, and retail space for small sports equipment shops. The project is near the 716 Health complex and is planned to break ground early next year with an opening in 2027. The domes will be manufactured by Air Structures American Technologies Inc., KemperSports will manage the facility, LaBella Associates is the design consultant, and Arc Building Partners is the construction manager. The project is in the town approval process and does not include the cost of a proposed adjacent hotel.
