Description | Quarterra and MacNaughton are breaking ground on a 796-unit mid-rise mixed-use apartment development in Seattle's Laurelhurst neighborhood. The project includes three unique mid-rise buildings, 944,700 square feet of space, 26,000 square feet of retail and commercial space, and over 200 below-market apartment homes. It will transform the former retail site, including the shuttered Burgermaster flagship restaurant and Safeway site, into a residential neighborhood with extensive lifestyle amenities such as a resort-style pool, fitness center, club room, cinema, and dog spa. The first phase is expected to open in early 2028. |
