The project uses lithium-iron phosphate (LFP) battery technology with a modular, containerised architecture, connecting to the grid at 33 kV to support grid flexibility and balancing services. The project has reached a ready-to-build status, with construction scheduled to start in Q2 2026 and commissioning targeted for Q1 2027. The transaction was completed after clearance under Romania's Foreign Direct Investment screening process. |
