9-Story Building Near Summer Road

planned

A proposed 9-story building project near Summer Road in Alta, Utah, with discussions focusing on the building's size, height, caretaker accommodations, and implications for affordable housing. The project has raised concerns about the actual size of the building, which may be larger than reported, and the height exceeding acceptable limits. The project also considers the need for caretaker living spaces and balancing housing for workers and long-term residents.
