FRISTARTevolution starting from the network of incubators and the products of the FRISTART and FRISTART 2 projects and in particular from the updated web platform, practical translation of the catalogue of cross-border incubation services, virtual place for creation/development and meeting for startups/facilitators/financiers/enterprises of the cross-border area, with the objective of contributing to making the area of cooperation competitive and sustainable by focusing support activities on innovative cultural enterprises (Tourism macro-sector) that operate in the sector of digital and cinematographic production. This sector to date features very little in the Axis 1 projects but will bring about a tangible leap in quality in the strategies for the promotion and innovative and sustainable use of the natural and cultural heritage. The challenge is to continue the capitalization of the activity already started with the 2 projects and the implementation of the network of incubators to support the business development of the cross-border area with a global perspective of collaboration, exchange of best practices and matching with a focus on creative culture. The main output of the project is precisely the capitalization of the network of incubators and the services created by it for the development of the cross-border area. The main change is the involvement of these businesses through the innovation and digitization of related activities. The FRI_START network is being expanded with the engagement of new parties specialized in business creation and incubation in tourism, culture and entertainment; strategic stakeholders in the sector, such as GLFC - Genova Liguria Film Commission, the only incubator specialized in supporting the entertainment/digital sector in Liguria (in support of the lead partner FILSE in line with the themes of the project). 4 of the 7 partners of FRI_START are taking part (3 of which also in FRI_START2).
