The Ethiopia Electricity Access (Rural) Expansion Project aims to establish a sustainable program for expanding access to electricity in rural communities, thus supporting broad-based economic development and helping to alleviate poverty. The project has two project components. It (1) expands access to electricity in rural towns and (2) builds capacity for more effective delivery of these electricity expansion services.
