The purpose of the EEN Hessen project is to implement the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) in the German State of Hessen in accordance with the common Enterprise Europe Network obligations defined by the European Commission and aiming at reaching objectives of the COSME Programme. EEN Hessen operates as set in the Framework Partnership Agreement No. 649315. The proposal describes the work programme for the EEN Hessen for the two-year period 2020-2021. EEN Hessen continues contributing to the objectives of smart and sustainable growth, competitive environment and stimulating the innovation capacity of businesses as set in the Europe 2020 Strategy. SMEs with a high potential for internationalisation and innovation are in focus of EEN Hessen activities to facilitate their access to the Single Market and to foreign markets, to enhance their innovation capacity and to support their growth journey. Synergies will be employed at the regional, national and European level to serve clients in an integrated way. Being part of the European Network of excellence on the one hand, and of the regional business and innovation ecosystem on the other hand, EEN Hessen has an outstanding position to support SMEs with high-quality services for international growth and innovation. The consortium built by five strong partners has got the capacity to provide high-level services and aims at generating tangible impact for Hessian companies in terms of innovation, sustainability and competitiveness in the European and in global markets. EEN Hessen commits to deliver integrated value-added services to Hessian SMEs and to other target groups in an efficient and professional manner. This will be demonstrated by reaching targets set in KPIs regarding outputs and the outcomes Partnership Agreements and Advisory Services Outcomes. EEN Hessen respects common standards of the Enterprise Europe Network and fosters continuous improvement and capacity building within the consortium.
