Description	The project had three components: improvement of the existing 16 km Ricchieri Highway connecting Buenos Aires with Ezeiza International Airport; construction of a new highway from the airport to the city of Canuelas; and the maintenance and operation of these roads. Financing for the project had been obtained through the IFC: US$20 million in direct loan and US$61 million in syndicated loan from international commercial banks. The highway system was to have 2 booths; the estimated traffic forecast was 100,000 vehicles per year. As of October 2000, AECSA shares were distributed among the following companies: Huarte S.A., now OHL,(68.6%), Meller Group (20.05%), Banco Galicia (9.95%) and Oscar Grimaux (1.4%).
