Access PEI O’Leary Upgrades

This project will complete a full ventilation, heating, and cooling system upgrade at the Access PEI O’Leary location. The ventilation system (including humidifiers) will be replaced to increase the total airflow, and air changes per hour, allowing for the reduction of any airborne viral pathogens. In addition, the heating and cooling system will be upgraded to a new geothermal system, decreasing total carbon emissions, and de-coupling the building from the existing veterinary clinic which sits on the same property.
