Description | BWX Technologies Inc. has entered into an agreement to acquire Precision Components Group LLC, a manufacturer of complex, heavy-walled and heat-transfer components. The acquisition will add over 500,000 square feet of heavy-manufacturing space and more than 400 employees to BWXT's commercial operations. Precision Components Group will continue operating at its current facilities after the acquisition, which is expected to close in the second half of 2026 pending regulatory approvals. |
