"The Punto Europeo de Ciudadanía, designated as National Contact Point (NCP) for the CERV Programme (Sub-Directorate General of Cultural Cooperation with the Autonomous Regions of the Spanish Ministry of Culture and Sports) is responsible for ensuring the targeted, effective dissemination of the Programme implementation, its activities, results and funding opportunities. Moreover, it supports the Agency/European Commission on the implementation of the programme. To achieve these objectives at national leve our main tasks are: -To provide potential candidates with information and technical assistance by email, phone, personal meetings or via online. - To organize different dissemination events according to our target groups (applicants, stakeholders and beneficiaries): infodays and conferences, mainly focused on introducing the Programme to new users and informing about practical issues; workshops, more focused on practical issues related to the submission process and priorities, or capacity building sessions on main topic of each strand; and meetings, to gather additional information from stakeholders in order to generate ideas. - To provide information pro-actively by newsletters, promotional materials and through our website and social media networks. We promote the results of the programme through several channels: website, mailing list, social media accounts and in our events through ""success stories"". Most of the infodays and workshops organized by us -or with our collaboration- will include the participation of selected projects for funding. - To facilitate EU partner searches, mainly through our website, SM and newsletter and mailing lists. Regarding the development and impact of the Programme, we maintain a fluent communication with the EACEA and EC providing expertise, support and assistance in specific issues related to Spain. Moreover, we ensure a geographical balance of our dissemination and we suggest and develop activities based on a results-oriented."
