Statistics on the usage of Information and Communication Technologies 2026 (SMP-ESS-2025-ICT-IBA). Module 1: The background of the project is the legal framework for statistics on the usage of ICT in enterprises (Regulation (EU) 2019/2152 and the accompanying legal acts). The project will contribute to the objective specified in the call, which is to ensure the provision of high quality and comparable data on ICT statistics. The project will also focus on the provision of additional breakdowns and increased coverage for statistics on ICT usage and e-commerce in enterprises for the reference year 2026 as well as variables for measuring the impact of digitalization on productivity for reference year 2024 as specified in the call document. To meet the objective Statistics Sweden will: - collect optional NUTS 2 breakdowns, - collect data for the optional NACE Rev. 2.1 section L, - compile and transmit data for measuring the impact of digitalization on productivity for reference year 2024. Module 2: The background of the project is the measuring and monitoring of the EU’s digital targets for 2030, set by the Digital Decade Policy Programme pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2019/1700 of the European Parliament. The project will contribute to the objective of the call which is the provision of additional variables and increased coverage for the statistics on the use of ICT in households and by individuals for the reference year 2026 including: - coverage and transmission of optional socio-demographic background information, - coverage and transmission of the optional technical variable “Region of Residence at NUTS2 level”, - coverage of all optional variables in the topic information society participation 2026, - coverage of additional age group 75-89.
