The project consists of 182,380 PV modules, 40 inverter stations and 645km of cables. The second phase of the project was completed in November 2012. The Ukraine maintained a feed-in tariff for solar of UAH 4.8 (US$0.58), which was lowered to UAH 3.5 (US$0.43) in 2012. Guaranteed in EURO, paid in UAH. No financial details were available, but according to the company Chinese financing was used. Financial closure date was unavailable, estimated here at November 2012, date of commissioning.
