The project consisted of 134,288 solar PV modules (crystalline), ground mounted, double row on 59 hectares of land. The project was commissioned in April 2012. Ukraine maintained a feed-in tariff of UAH4.8 (US$0.58) for solar plants in until 2012, when it was cut to UAH 3.5 (US$0.43). The price is guaranteed until 2030. The tariff is paid in UAH, but guaranteed against a fixed EUR amount (pegged), to absorb currency risk. The national utility is named Electricity Company Ukraine. No financial details were available. Financial closure date was unavailable, estimated here at April 2012, date of commissioning.
